Hey /ck/ I'm looking for some meals that are high in protein and are pretty easy to make. I'm not the greatest cook, but I'm also not retarded. Getting pretty sick of plain chicken with broccoli so I came here to see if you would be nice enough to help me out.

Put 1-4 chicken breasts on a paper plate. Microwave on high until done in the center, sprinkle some salt and eat. Yum.

Good pasta actually has some surprising protein in it. I like adding a little fish to pasta e cici.

Chicken thigh or chicken breast?

Also why are you eating your chicken plain, anyway? Seasonings (like flour w/ salt/pepper/etc) are really easy to put together. You can even save any extra mix in the fridge for the next time.

My quick and lazy /fit/ meals:

Pasta with chicken, broccoli and alfredo sauce

Chicken breast cut into chunks, rolled in breadcrumbs and topped with tomato sauce + baked

Chicken stuffed with cheese and broccoli. Hammer some chicken thin, chop some broccoli and cut some small swiss cheese chunks. Wrap the broccoli+swiss inside the chicken, roll in breadcrumbs and bake. Toothpicks help hold it together easier.
