Does Little Caesers still do the $5 pick up a large pizza deal? How are those pizzas?

>> No.4079650

Yes, and they're bottom of the barrel.

Filling and satisfying. Just don't expect a lot.

What do you mean don't expect a lot, I was thinking you meant taste wise but you say it's both filling and satisfying

>> No.4079661

yes, they are pretty mediocre. It'll get the job done if you are craving pizza for a cheap price.

>filling
Lots of food for cheap.
>satisfying
It is greasy and hits the spot.

The flavor and texture is weak, though.

Little Caesar's Hot-N-Ready is better.

Little Caesers is the only pizza I buy. Dominoes and Pizza Hut are barely better and nowhere NEAR worth the price.

If you want a high quality pizza, just make one. If not, they are all shit anyways. Buy the cheapest.

its harder to get a job working on the makeline because unlike delivery drivers, there is limited space, and even when its extremely busy they can't just cram more people there where with drivers they can have 5 or 6 drivers all working at the same time (usually during holidays and football weekends its like this)

people who work on make-line can also become assistant managers which has more pay advancement, entry level make-line employees earn significantly lower than delivery drivers.

as a delivery driver i often can double my days wage with tips. example: i worked 9 hours yesterday (aprox 72$ before taxes), i also made 95$ in tips just from that shift

pros of make-line: you don't have to keep your car in working order
no risk of getting robbed, dont have to interact with random people on the street

the actual recipes for each pizza are posted on the make-line wall in my store so its easier to learn than delivery.

with delivery there is alot of things to keep track of, and just finding houses and apartments at night is difficult, i would say makeline is easier

>> No.4081491

>>4081481
I'm going to try anyways. What could it hurt?

Any specific comments on working make-line?

Thanks.

>> No.4081499

>>4081491
i dont make the pizzas i just deliver them. but you should definitely try. the two stores nearest to my house are staffed with people my age, very good work environment

an important thing about make-line is that if you forget an ingredient, if you do a bad job with distribution (half pepperoni, etc), it might have to be remade and that puts you in a bad position. aside from that you should expect to be covered in flour 24/7 and smell like food all the time

>> No.4081506

>>4081499
Cool. Thanks.

>> No.4081609

yep. one is enough for 2 pretty hungry people.

theyre pretty good.

>> No.4081708

Is it still 5 bucks if you get a different topping other than cheese or pepperoni? Maybe I'll try one tomorrow with bacon or black olives...

>> No.4081717

>>4081708
Yeah, it's $5 one topping -- any topping.

I haven't tried it in almost a decade because I don't eat there anymore, but I used to order half and half. Because the toppings didn't touch, it was considered a one topping. Strange, but true. I guess the POS software was to blame.

Also, because it was a special request, they were forced to make it "fresh". Fuckin' bonus.

I was bachelor frog like you wouldn't believe. At the height of it, I probably had 30 empty boxes stacked up in my kitchen. The shame when the girl I was dating finally came over and saw it...oh the shame...

I tried a lot of combinations. Half sausage and half pepperoni was my favorite. I also liked half bell pepper and half black olive.
