What do you guys normally eat at a breakfast diner? I normally get cornbeef has with 3 slices of tomato, cut up my tomato slices, and throw some hot sauce in the mix. Looking for something new and tasty to eat.

My local place makes killer omeletes, done on a classic flat iron grill. I'll usually get a bacon and cheese omelet with hash browns and toast. It's a massive breakfast for a good price. I don't always go out to eat, but when I do, I do it right!

Steak and eggs. Eggs are over easy, steak is medium (I usually like rare, but not for breakfast) and eggs are over easy. Usually accompanied by hashbrowns, but occasionally I'll get breakfast potatoes.

also omelets. i always get mine with peppers and onions and douse that shit in hot sauce with a side of toast and home fries

I plan to get Denny's in a bit. Soft poached eggs with toast and hash browns, pancakes on the side. Yum.

I'm really into egg yolks lately. I generally like skillets as well.
