Squid are one of the Korean’s favorite foods. But to a 63-year-old Korean Lady, she might not want to eat squid anymore because of a stomach-turning experience.

While chomping down on a parboiled squid, she began to feel a “pricking and foreign body sensation.” She spat out the squid, but her mouth still felt different, as if there were tiny creatures moving at the insides of her mouth. By that, we mean her inner cheek, gums, and tongue.

She immediately rushed to the hospital and had her mouth checked out. True enough, doctors found 12 small, white, bug-like organisms dwelling in her mouth. However, researchers later ascertained that she had bitten into the squid's sperm bag and the little guys celebrated their freedom by attempting to impregnate parts of the woman's mouth.

This, quite honestly, is just a cautionary tale for all to make sure their food is properly cooked before eating. I'm still going to eat squid

Didn't the same thing happen with spiders or maggots? I remember reading about a woman who ate lettuce covered with fly eggs that got into her gums and started growing. Eventually she felt them moving around and had her gums cut open so they could be removed.
