So how do you all eat your Top Ramen?
I like to use veggi broth and add soy sauce, crushed red pepper, celery, curry powder, and green onion.

Easy. Cook ramen as usual, but add just half the seasoning packet. Drain.
Meanwhile, beat 3 eggs well. I like to add cream or milk to the eggs, but you don't have to, you could use broth or water. You just need a little extra liquid. Whisk in the rest of the seasoning packet and any extra seasonings you might like. I like to add minced scallions.
Heat up a pan over medium-low heat with butter in it. Add the noodles to the pan and spread out well, then pour the egg mixture on top. Shake around to evenly distribute the egg mixture. Cook until the underside is set well. Slide the ramlette out onto a plate, put the pan over the top and turn over, so the uncooked side is down. Cook until set and the slide onto a plate and enjoy!
