Yes. My mom ususally made casserole from spagetthi on the next day. Dump into glass dish, cover with cheese, bake. It's actually quite nice.

My region uses them in frittate. A frittata is a common way to use up many kinds of leftovers. Spaghetti and maccheroni are both native to my region, so our frittate tend to have one or the other in there.
They're rather crunchy and often eaten as a working-class lunch. They're never available in restaurants, though, so foreigners and tourists would seldom be aware of their existence, similar to tourists to the US being unaware of baloney sandwiches as they're not commonly sold in stores or restaurants.

Make more of the same sauce but with variations. For example, if you had plain marinara on it, make some more marinara, but add different flavors and textures. Add ground/thinly sliced/cubed beef, or sauteed bacon/pancetta. Add sauteed eggplant and mozzarella. Mushrooms, basil, more garlic, anything really.

Spaghetti with meat sauce is kind of like chili, it gets better with age --at least tastewise, some people have a problem with the texture though.

I quite like eating it cold or heat it up in the microwave and carry it around in a ziplock bag eating from it occasionally walking around or pull it out of your backpack and start eating it at uni
