I'm searching for a smooth and clean tasting beer. Something very light and refreshing. Basically, I want the 7-UP of the beer world.

Can I get some suggestions please?

Oh and before someone says "quit being a pussy and get some guiness or microbrew beer."

I'm a newfag to beers and I want to work my way there, k?

Give LandShark Lager a try. It's like a more refined Corona. I always go for LandShark when I want something light.

most piss colored lagers taste almost the same so just get whatever you want

try Peroni

its refreshing and easy to drink, and its italian so it has that appeal.

I always enjoy when micros try doing a light lager. usually pretty interesting. a nice break from the over spice/hopped flavored show boats of stupid IPAs or floral gnarly ales that seem to be favored for whatever reason.

I suggest the Czech Budweiser (Budvar) if you don't wanna drink light beer or some pisswater.

Negro Medelo and Killian Red are good candidates in my book. Both are mild. Killian is almost kind of sweet to my palate.

Kirin Ichiban is good if you're looking for something really crisp, light and easy to drink.

Goose Island 312 is a nice wheat beer with a crisp punch and incredibly short after-taste.

For high street lagers, I always find San Miguel really drinkable.

Yeah based on personal accents, of course. But I've not heard anyone whose accent has them pronouncing -cybe as -SAWbe before.

Would they talk about the internet as Sawberspace?

Tripel Karmeliet is a belgian beer that's about the most mild & easy to drink beer there is. Stella is also very smooth.
