Hello lovely people of /ck/. I'm hungry and about to break my 10 month streak of no junk food. To keep me on track, what is something relatively simple that I can make? I'm willing to go out and buy ingredients, but nothing too fancy please. I've got a lot of 'asian' (read chinese and japanese) ingredients already.

>Pic related, what I'm considering making.

Food is food. There is no such thing as Junk Food.

However, there a loads of fat Americans.

It doesn't matter what food you eat - you just eat too much of it.

Fast food, most snack food, basically anything that is overly processed. I'm open to things like cheese and carbs, but not in huge quantities.

i would advise chicken tacos, or something you would generally see on a lean body building diet. Worked in a 6 meal a day plan for 2 years , costing from 45-60 bucks a week. You can buy bulk frozen foods at Cosco or Sam's or any variety of such near you. Fried rice is hella easy also and cheap too, just add whatever you have at home into it.

Thank you for the suggestions, I'll keep them in mind. I actually just decided to make some fried "rice" with the rice being grated cauliflower. Cheers guys, I shall only lurk this lovely board from now on.
