I think the issue i had with that one was that the mashed potato wasn't very good. The texture was very gritty. However, the fried onion one of the same steakhouse line was really good. The patties were kind of interesting because they weren't burger king's usual round shape, they were almost square, like they were attempting to compete with wendy's.

Way back in the day Jack in the Box used to have these pizza pocket type things and I loved them as a kid.

Also does Taco Bell still not put green onions on anything? If so I miss Mexican Pizzas with green onions on top. They were important not just for the taste, but the color too. Last time I went to Taco Bell was shortly after they stopped serving green onions.

Of course, you might hear it called a McDLT or Big Xtra, or Big N' Tasty, or Big Tasty, or Royal Deluxe, or McLean Deluxe, or The Boss, or some other nonsense, but it'll basically be he same thing. Go there now, there's a good chance they have one languishing on the menu now.

thats the thing though, they didn't actually remove the green onions because of e coli. they used e coli as an excuse to quietly and permanently take them off the menu to cut overhead costs, all the while thinking nobody would notice. i think alot of people who still remember them notice it. like i said i no longer order nachos or mexican pizzas because they always seem like they are missing something now.

Also the ORIGINAL Angus Steakhouse burger. Like, when they first introduced the Angus burgers, period. The Cheese and Bacon one was so fucking delicious.

I loved the Philly Cheesesteak thickburger. That thing was tits.

Actually, that goes for most of the one-off "limited time only" sandwiches. Chili-cheese thickburger, Jalapeno-pepper jack thickburger, grilled cheese bacon thickburger etc. They're awesome, i have it once, then it goes away.

Same thing for the California Whopper last summer.

I'd say about 7 years ago, when I was still in highschool. Burger King put out this burger that was called the Western Whopper. I'm pretty sure it had like cheese, bacon, onion straws maybe and bbq sauce.

Oldfag here, in the late 70s/early 80s Hardee's and Imagine Carls had the best mushroom swiss burgers ever consumed at a fast food joint, also fast food roast beef sandwiches that crapped all over Arby's, I think both items were removed around the time Hardee's started selling fried chicken.
