Sup /ck/, /fit/izen here. What can I do with egg whites? Ive got plenty, just need recipes to use them in. Kind of sick of omelettes though. (im on a cut by the way, so dont suggest some sugary baking recipes lol) any ideas? no wack ingredients please.

Add a couple drops of vanilla extract, a pinch of nutmeg, whisk till fluffy, enjoy delicious whipped cream. Maybe mix it in your protein shake (I know you drink them, you're from /fit/).

Actually there IS a problem with raw white eggs, they are rich in Avidin, a protein which binds Biotin and thus makes it difficult to absorb. By cooking the egg, you denaturate the avidin and so you can absorb biotin better.
With large quantities of raw white (we're talking about "2+ raw eggs daily for months" large) you can develop biotin deficiency (and actually that's the only way you can, since biotin is ubiquitous)
