im pretty pleb tier when it comes to steak sauce, but i make my own sometimes using shit i find at the supermarket.

basically, combine flavors you like.

teriyaki your thing? take some teriyaki marinade, mix with some tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce or anything else you like and call it a sauce. make something with the flavors you like and you can't fail.
