So I have a few of these at home and I don't know what to do with them. I tried using a can for a protein shake, but it was fucking disgusting. I almost vomited.

Anyone have any good ideas or preferably, recipes?

This shit is god tier. If you can't find good mango, slightly green bananas taste good as a replacement.

coconut milk in a protein shake? What the... What made you think that that would taste any good?

Make some vietnamese waffles.

Milk or creme?

You can put it in the fridge if it's creme and it becomes...incredibly delicious.

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
½ cup coconut milk (not lite)
2 cups sweetened coconut flakes (toasted, if desired)

Scald coconut milk in a small saucepan on the stove.
In a small bowl, add hot coconut milk to chopped chocolate, and stir until chocolate is melted and thoroughly incorporated.
Store chocolate ganache in refrigerator until chilled (1-2 hours).
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of chilled chocolate ganache, and, with your hands, roll into balls. Place balls on parchment or waxed paper.
Roll ganache balls in a bowl of coconut flakes, pressing flakes into the surface of the balls.

Freeze if desired or eat and get fat fat fatty fat

I made coconut milk from a coconut before. It was kinda crappy though, took like 2 days for the water and milk to separate. I used it in a Thai curry afterwards and it tasted very good. It's just so much easier to buy a $1.20 can of coconut milk.

Check the fat content on your coconut milk tin, please? IE, if you're in the US, tell me the serving size and how many grams of fat per serving; if you're not in the US (I think AU does it the same way as EU; maybe I'm wrong) tell me how much fat per 100g. I'll be able to better tell you what to do with it if I have this information.
