If it's the kind with grease trap and on an angle, just put something to prop it up so it's even and whatever you're cooking, cooks in it's own fat. Then it's an awesome contraption, but it gets hot as fuck really fast.
I use it to cook steaks sometimes to mix shit up as i'm not allowed a BBQ in my apartment and the skillet stinks the joint up.
It's awesome to make paninis and grilled cheese though.
