To be fair to snobs, you don't sound very experienced with a variety of cheeses. Generally, cheap supermarket block cheddar cheese is fine. But there's no excuse to eat that string cheese nonsense. And I've also tried some awful more expensive cheeses. Kerrygold Dubliner in particular is fucking terrible. Too bad considering how great their butter is.

I bought a bunch of blocks of cheese at the store the past weeks. I really enjoyed this one, I nearly ate the whole block just by itself over a few days. It's an aged gouda, but it's really nutty and a bit crunchy, very tasty.

Fresh cheese. Mozzarella, cheddar, colby, swiss. The fresher, the better. God-tier is bags of curds, made the day you buy them, still wet with whey.

Then again, I'm from Wisconsin, and fresh cheese is super easy to come by up here. The aged cheeses are delicious, don't get me wrong, but we're much better at fresh cheese up here.

"I was on a bus once, it was in the middle of the night, and I had a box of crackers and a can of Easy Cheese. It was dark, so it was a surprise how much cheese I had applied on each cracker. WHich is why I think they should have a glow-in-the-dark version of Easy Cheese. It's not like the product has any integrity to begin with. If you buy a room-temperature cheese that you squeeze out of a can, you probably won't get mad because it glows in the dark too." - Mitch Hedberg

Fuck yes, a Wisconsinbro. Our cheese is THE shit, especially towards the center of the state. There's a cheese shop in a small town called Arena that makes literally the best cheese I have ever tasted, especially dem fresh curds.

Where in Wisconsin do you live?

I generally like mild and sharp cheeses, blue cheeses and soft smelly cheeses turn me right off, so my favorites ended up being a combination of things like provolone swiss and fresh mozza, to cheddar, parmisan, and asiago.

High fat cottage cheese though is god tier.

What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I’m the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the fuck out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me over the Internet? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You’re fucking dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Marine Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will shit fury all over you and you will drown in it. You’re fucking dead, kiddo.
