Hey there /ck/

tonight I wanna make myself a pizza and somehow include sweet and sour sauce in there too, should I just use it as the basic sauce? (i was planning to use BBQ sauce, is it possible for me to simply mix them then spread?) and what vegetables and toppings would work well on that pizza?

much appreciated, co/ck/s.

Sweet and sour is typically Asian which never marries well with dairy because Asian people don't eat dairy.

Let me think more.

So no cheese? but I like cheese.

Well Sicilian is easy.

It's just going to be overpowering as a base sauce.

Maybe just some blessed oil in the base with some chicken and red onion. When done drizzle a line of S&SS on top like a Toaster Strudel before letting the cheese settle.

Actually...bless your oil with garlic and ginger and after fishing them out add some green onions and a bit of sesame oil. Forego the red onions and just put cheese, chicken on top and then the drizzle.

ItaliAnon here. We have a concept of sweet and sour in Italian cooking.

I've never seen it on pizza, though.

You ought to be ashamed.

I am sad you're an evil, grazy piece of shit and I'm sorry I ever loved you but I'm in no way shamed.

Also well done on being on-topic. The agrodolce thing, that's pretty sophisticated.

Farewell.
