Hey /ck/, does anyone know any good recipes for homemade gummy jubes? I tried one before that called for a pack of jelly crystals, 6 sheets of gelatin and 250ml of water, and it worked - kinda. After a short while it was solid at room temperature, but it was horrendously sugary and I'd rather use fruit juice over jelly crystals.

It's really hard getting the proportion of liquid to gelatin right, does anyone have any reliable recipes?
