Hey guys, don't know much about cooking but I have a hankering for a steak. As I'm waiting for the water to heat up I figured I'd ask you guys, how long is it best to boil the steak for? I want it really well done, if the thing's still bleeding it totally puts me off my appetite.

sure, when it's pale grey all over and starts to curl up around the edges, just turn the heat off and let it finish cooking for another five minutes.....Abracadabra, well done, boiled steak.
