Can't you borrow some money from a friend? Anything nutritious will be tough for £3 when you're not buying in bulk

The tescos near me has a £3 stir fry deal which gets you noodles, vegetables and sauce. They also sometimes have two chicken breasts for £2. That would last you a couple of meals although I don't know if it's as cheap at other tescos/supermarkets

This.
Flour.
Sugar.
Yeast.
Make yourself some bread.
Or get some tomato sauce and make pizza.

Go to Tesco and buy like 5 tins of value baked beans and 2 or so loaves of bread. Sure it's less than ideal but if you're only putting 3 quid in..

If you just want something to fill you up get some cheap rice and beans, and whatever vegetables you can afford with what's left

>> No.3750931

I'd suggest lentils and any veggies you can get with what's left over.
