Flowers and butter rolled up in some kind of leaf?

>> No.3742725

please, op. what is this? what are those flowers?

>> No.3742735

Fresh spring ramsons flower butter rolled in ramson leaves. Everything is edible and tastes likes garlic butter with herbs. The flowers and the 'nectar' is very aromatic. When the butter melts, the petals are intact and very decorative.

Unlike garlic, does not give bad breath and freezes really well.

Cut slices for everything you would use normal garlic butter for. A few cuts goes especially well with steak.

Aww how disappointing. I thought you were messing with us and were gonna just take a bite out of it or something. Thanks for sharing though, seems pretty neat.

Goes very well on bread, toasted, like.. well, like garlic butter. When you slice the butter thinly, the flowers are cut/chopped as you can see and the petal details are lost.

But its really best on steak. But I don't have any pictures of that. You can guess why.

And here, cheese-steak sliders with ramson salad and fries. ..and a sea of ketchup.

And I think thats it. No more pictures of ramson from me for now.
