Hey /ck/ I've been seeing a lot of Macaroni and cheese pizza around lately. So I just have one question. How on Earth do you cook this!? It looks simple but I just don't know where to start!

On a different note, what was the best form of Mac and cheese you ever had? For me, I was in KGB burger at Harrah's casino in Vegas. and they had fried macaroni and cheese sticks.

>and it was delicious

>> No.3721834

I don't know about the whole pizza thing, but the best cheese n mac i've had is at the local Old Country Buffet. It's actually pretty good.

Seems to me you'd have to blind bake the crust and add the mac&cheese after the crust is cooked then finish it off with a little more time in the oven after assembly.

being able to click a 4chan thread about cheese pizza and not go to jail.

Then why did you post on here? Just to say that you didn't read it? I didn't know people could be so stuck up about food.

Look pal, I don't even know what it tastes like. I just wanted to make it and taste it. I knew that pizza looked bizarre but I wanted to keep an open mind

Thanks!

Too much carbs for me, I would feel like an uberfatty eating it, but I imagine it would work best if the Mac was a day or so old, so it's not slippery and clumps better, then if you topped it with just a little mozzerella it would melt over it and congeal quite nicely.

I just had some regular old Kraft Mac and Chee, I like to add a little lemon pepper.

I made one of these not long ago for the fuck of it. Looked delicious, and I love mac and cheese and pizza. Cooked it like any other pizza:

1. Stretched out dough.
2. Put down bechamel sauce with cheddar mixed it.
3. Dropped down thin layer of mac and cheese.
4. Topped with more cheddar.
5. Baked at 500F for 5 minutes.

I let it cool, sliced it up, took a huge bite, and.....disgusting. It was not pleasant. For some reason it just didn't do it for me.

They have this at Cici's. If there's one near you check it out... all you can eat for like 5 ducks. It's kind of a kids place, but if you have friends and want unlimited pizza who gives a fuck.

It's a good place to try it because you just take one small slice and if you hate it get whatever else you want. Personally I felt it was meh. Would never go out of my way for it.

>> No.3721958

Just ask the chefs at Cici's how they cook it.

Actually just finished making this buffalo chicken pizza.

I love me some mac and cheese and pizza, but idk about combining them. It is indeed too much carbs, and honestly your not really going to taste much since the cheese sauce is pretty light and adding that much crust is going to bog it down a alot.

I have made home made mac and cheese with some ground beef and spices and my special sauce which has alot more flavor than most mac and cheese, and then eaten that with fresh made italian bread though, but honestly combining them that way just seems too much and pointless beyond the novelty of how outlandish it is.

Pizza looks good, is that whole wheat dough?

>> No.3722038

>>3722026

Yup its about 50-70% whole wheat actually. Used a cup of whole wheat sour dough starter, another 2/3 cup of whole wheat and then about half cup of extra water and bread flour till it was good. Funny thing, I forgot to add oil until I had already kneaded it for like 15 minutes, add the oil and some more flour and worked it in pretty easily. (Using an electric tabletop mixer mind you)

Used to work at a Toppers Pizza.
-Stretch out dough
-Use canned nacho cheese smear on crust.
-We used precooked frozen noodles thawed and stored in water.
-Cover with Mozzerella cheese
-Smother in Chedar.
We usually added bacon or chicken and pepperjack. when we made it for ourselves.
Bake at 475 for 6 mins.

Best mac and cheese I ever had was at a cheese shop in Seattle (can't remember the name) where they made it with the cheeses they made themselves. So good!
