For other cuisines, try wantanmien for mostly cantonese chinese food and manjula's kitchen for indian. Also, if you're into molecular gastronomy, the Harvard lectures for their molecular gastronomy course is on youtube, featuring the likes of Dufresne, Achatz, Adria, etc.

I also like to watch a channel called great depression cooking now and then. Simultaneously endearing and, oddly enough, depressing.

And I absolutely love the Depression cooking. She was so sweet in her videos... unfortunately she does not make anymore.

Hmm, seems like you know a lot of the better ones already. Have you checked out the "troll" ones? Like Simply Sara and Masaokis?

Another "series" you may like is Marco Pierre White cooks for albert roux/pierre koufmann/raymond blanc. Has the bonus feature of showing a young Gordon Ramsay in his young apprentice days.

Watch all the original Julia Child videos. She invented the genre, after all, and even 30-40 years later, she is completely watchable and awesome. Her omelette video taught me how make omelette and her roasted chicken recipe is basically the best there is.

I have never seen that channel mentioned on /ck/. Every single video is 1 minute or less (59 seconds). Full recipes and awesome food. The videos are that quick due to editing and no dicking around in the video. I can not fucking stand long ass videos with morons talking about their lives instead of just giving us the damned recipe.

You obviously like seafood OP. Rick Stein is your man. His shows centre around seafood but also include travel. He's very pleasant,articulate and intelligent, his cooking shows are for people who like good food, not reality TV bollocks for plebs. I particularly recommend 'Rick Stein and the Japanese Ambassador' and 'Rick Stein's Spain'.
