Usually I would just fry the shit out of it in a frying pan and it gets dry and nasty so I decided to do this. Better than pan frying

I saw it on a youtube video recommendation thing and I thought "hey I have most of those ingredients lets try it"

It's how the guy made it in the video, although I didnt measure the ingredients, I just eyeballed it
