We only use the feet to make stock where I'm from and use wings for soup.

i've come to dislike chicken drums for some reason, maybe too much bone and not enough meat, like you get on hips or breast, and not enough intensity either like in wings, i've come to see them as the most boring part

Of course it's soup, but the feet are tossed. We don't eat them. We're not Chinese. The stock is made with the feet (also back and wingtips) while the soup is made with that stock plus wings and vegetables.
