Was watching an old Bourdain episode last night. He had traveled the Midwest doing speaking engagements and whatnot and filmed mini-episodes in a few cities, including mee-lee-waw-kay. The chef he interviewed had some nice looking stuff, but every goddamned thing had cheese on it. I love cheese as much as the next Midwesterner, but Jesus fuck, you don't need it on everything.
