Happy Memorial Day Pizza Patriots! I've given a lot of negative reviews to Digiorno pizzas, but maybe trying a basic pie will reverse my perception of the brand. An anon in a prior thread said that this Supreme Thin Crust pizza was his/her absolute favorite, so let's give it a try!

This pie clocks in at 1400 calories. I suppose it's a little more reasonable that the serving size is 1/5th when it's a rectangular pizza and they show a picture of how you can cut it into 10ths. Ok on to the review!

This pizza was hard to cut! Particularly the outer crust, but tearing up the pieces too. I was worried about cracker-like consistency because of this but thankfully, the crust was still enjoyable and not brittle at all. A few of the doughier bites reminded me that digiorno crust isnt the best, but its a thin crust so it wasnt much of an issue. This was a surprisingly cheesey pie, my pizza cutter was coated in it. I'd say on net this is a relatively mild Supreme pizza. However it's not so mild as to be flat and uninteresting. The sausage and pepperonis have an appreciable hint of spice. The peppers are very mild. The sauce is mild. The sum of all of this is a very tasty but not overwhelming Supreme pizza. My biggest complaint, aside from the pizza being a bit hard to cut, is that I wish they had put a few more sausage chunks on this pie. I also wish the peppers had a bit more flavor to them. All in all though this was a pretty good pizza and I think if you're in the market for a supreme, this is worth trying!
8.3/10

Digiorno used to be so good 15 years ago growing up. It's still decent but that might just be the nostalgia speaking.

Screaming pizza is good but it's too damn expensive, only when it's on a big sale
Red Baron is the best price/taste value

Yeah it really hits a good price/taste sweet spot. Can't go too cheap as to not get awful taste, but no point in going too expensive since it's just frozen slop.

I'm pretty sure Amy's sells a cheese-free vegan pizza, but that's a whole new world so who knows I'd it's any good
