Probably linguini and clams with garlic bread, and a glass of whatever nicest wine I have lying around. Even if he didn't like it I'd probably get a kick out of it if he just exploded autistically at how I should've been out digging fresh clams instead of mixing Bumblebee into my store bought spaghetti and dried herbs. Doubt that'd happen though, most chefs I know only get surly when you try to one up them or imply you know better than they do, and watching Gordon's shows kinda shows you the same thing

I'd provide him with Marco Pierre white heart on a plate. I know he wants it. He wants the guy's heart on a plate. I would season it with simply salt and pepper on the heart. He would be happy then. But probably just marco alone is not enough. He would want his sons' hearts on platters as well. He would not consume the hearts but would rather watch someone do so. I do not condone the eating of the Whites' hearts.
