I've never eaten grocery store or restaurant Lobster or Crab. The government doesn't want people to find out how much better lobster tastes when it hasn't been exposed to the artificial sea water tanks, demand would explode. I just pay one of my father's lobster boat owning friends slightly above wholesale prices for coolers of lobster and crab. I eat myself nearly sick every time I steam them. What's leftover from the feast will be made into bisque and quickly put into the chest freezer.
