I might would like them more if not for the price being insane. They're just alright. I'd never think oh boy I want shrimp in my supper, but I'm not sad to see it in something either. It should be a little bit cheaper than pork. Like $2.99/lb before I'd consider buying it. It's a lot like chicken breast. Definitely not good, but you're also not exactly disappointed to see a dish with chicken breast in it. You only buy it because it's cheap.

The annoying thing is they're right, there is no real biological difference between crustacea and insecta. Insects' wings evolved from crustacean gills. If you raised cockroaches purely on algae they would taste similar to shrimp.
