sandwhiches like this suck. too much hard crust bread not nearly enough filling. you shred the roof of your mouth with every bite only to get some wisps of arugula while you watch everything fall out the sides and back. at least panini press it or weigh it down and toast it so the cheese melts and the ingredients harmonize alittle. but definitely better than most American slop
