I use every bit of the chicken, I make my own stock and render the fat from the skin
I do most of my shopping at the Asian market and avoid buying anything fresh from the supermarket
I make my own ingredients
I don't buy any spice mix
I haven't purchased bread in years since I bake many types of bread
