I started using sugar cubes to moderate, usually a couple. I buy the breakfast blend folgers and make it in a french press.

Once upon a time I heard Tom Waits say something about learning how to appreciate a bad cup of coffee, and I took it to heart. Has at least saved me money and looking pretentious
