If you’re American or English speaker: https://dadamo.com/

If you’re Italian: http://dietagrupposanguigno.it/

It’s the same diet based on the blood type but the latter is the “improved” version by Italian doctor Piero Mozzi, basically it’s a diet based on the foods that your immune system is programmed to tolerate and they’re strictly related to your blood type. For example 0 blood type is a meat eater and has to eat it as the main source of proteins.

There are books on Amazon if you’re interested, but read the links first.

Legume based pancakes are based, here’s my chickpeas pancakes with hazelnut butter.

Always add something fatty to the pancake batter, it could be oil or almond milk too (egg is optional), but be aware that every legume has its own “density” so you have to experiment.

It’s simply almond flour + egg whites + carrots and you can cook it as it is or add natural sweeteners such as pieces of dried prunes or raisins or pieces of dried daters and so on.

Dr. D'adamo and Dr. Mozzi in their blood type diet talks about lectins a lot, however they say that lectins from specific foods can be dangerous or beneficial depending on your blood type.

I listened to Dr. Gundry and from what I gathered he says that a good way to kill every single lectin but the ones from grains and related cereals (which I don't eat because gluten or graminacea plants), is to cook the veggies in a pressure pot @ the highest pressure possible.

Either way, every single person is different from the other and therefore we may follow the rules for our specific blood types but still there can be foods that are beneficial for us but for some reason we still don't tolerate. In my case it happens with artichokes, they're a beneficial food for me but as soon as I eat one of them I literally shit my pants and it's not an exaggeration.

The real mediterranean diet is different from the modern Italian "mediterranean" diet.
We are overfocused on cereals and carbs, also a lot of people eat processed trash (which is not even remotely as bad as american processed food but still filled with undesired elements and preservatives).
I got sick in the first place because I ate a lot of pasta, pizza weekly and bread every day, and it's not me alone it's our culture, I had an unbalanced diet and on top of that I discovered that my blood type is naturally gluten intolerant, hence why the massive inflammation in my body.

The cereals we eat, especially the grains and wheat they use to make pasta and bread, flour everything, are turbo enriched with gluten which is something our digestive system and immune system is not able to tolerate at this rate, that is eating multiple times per week or day, also pre 1950s wheat had a fraction of the gluten we have today and its composition was very different from the one we have now, which resembles legumes, that's why people were way less sick back then and now we're seeing a boom in metabolic diseases such as diabetes, thyroid issues, allergies (cereals and wheat are graminacea plants) and so on.

The sad fact is that modern western diet is pure poison, just look at what ancient Romans used to eat when they were conquering the world, aka the real mediterranean diet

This video explain it, it's Dr. Mozzi talking about the mediterranean diet but it's in Italian, see if youtube can auto translate the subtitles.

Do you actually have a source for this though? Is it in the video you linked? Also related to this and regarding your gluten intolerance, have you heard about the concept of glyphosate intolerance? I’m pretty sure Italy banned the use of glyphosate but maybe there’s something else in modern wheat that’s causing intolerance

Tomorrow I’ll link you a book, however the gluten issues are discussed by dr Mozzi in hiv videos, which are shadow banned from YouTube. You have to look for them through DuckDuckGo video tab.

This is the shortest video: https://youtu.be/M3YNAxJ5H10

I’m not celiac, however as both Mozzi and D’Adamo say, at least my blood type (0) is naturally gluten intolerant, and this explains my respiratory allergies and most of the health issues I’m having.

Just saying, as soon as I stopped totally eating gluten, it took some week and gradually is still happening, when every day I felt tired as shit even after sleeping 10 hours, most of my energy got back to the point that nowadays even after sleeping 5 hours I’m up and awake as soon as the alarm rings in the morning.

I still have some issues that are here but at least got better, the healing process is long because the root is an inflammation that is old and in my case it’s highly possible that started from my stomach as gluten intolerance usually begins showing with stomach symptoms like acid reflux or abdominal/colon pain and irritability, then if ignored (the doctors gave me PPIs for 8 fucking years instead of educating me on a correct diet - pasta and gluten weren’t an issue according to them so I kept eating them because I didn’t know back then) you can develop subtle and dangerous shit like leaky gut which allows your body to be silently flooded with toxins and further irritation which gives you the kind of illnesses I have which are “inexplicable” by the modern Jewish medicine, most of them without cure (according to them) and in need of life long consumption of medicines to treat the symptoms.

It’s not gluten ONLY, it’s other things too, but it’s one of the most dangerous shit.

Also most of the grain we eat here comes from Ukraine and it’s filled with all the kind of poisons.

Also legumes should always be eaten 1 kind alone without mixing them and without eating them with cereals (like rice/pasta and beans) and with fruit even at the end of the meal and the reason is because legumes + sugar/starches ferments in your stomach/intestine and give you according to your immune system: cramps, the shits, bloating, the braaaps or plain inflammation.

99% of people who get sick with legumes eat the wrong legumes for their system or combine them wrongly with foods that shouldn’t be mixed with them.

The most friendly legumes are peas and cannellini beans, also chickpeas if you’re group 0.

You should test all the recommended and neutral legumes for your blood type in the pdf I linked you and see if you tolerate them. Always keep a diary in which you write down meticulously what you ate, when you ate it and symptoms you had during the day after should you have collateral effects. This helps track you down the culprits, also eat very simple meals with 2-3 ingredients max in order to speed the process of exclusion.

>pic related

It looks sad but it’s a necessary step, it’s also fairly quick and you can do it also when you introduce new food to your diet.

Forgot to describe the food combination in the picture.

It’s a complete meal (lunch) following the correct rules, so you have a protein (eggs), a vegetable (fennel - you can eat up to 3 veggies in the same meal), legumes (black beans) and fatty seeds / dried fruit (pumpkin seeds - you can only eat 1 kind of dried fruit or seed in the same meal).

Pic related is another good combination, the one who gave me massive shits because it was the day I understood that artichokes are not good for me :D

The carrots are fermenting since 34 hours and today, as soon as I opened the jar to let the gas escape, the fermentation went boom and in the next hour the brine turned cloudy and there are bubbles everywhere, a lot of activity.

Is it normal that I’m seeing this so early? I read somewhere that it would take like a week to reach this point but I don’t know.

Chickpeas pancake, just made right now.

I perfected the recipe:

>60 gr chickpeas flour
>50 gr almond milk
>60 gr water
>1 egg
>a pinch of baking soda
>salt

They’re soft and decently moist, they taste like farinata

Next time I’ll try 80% legume flour and 20% quinoa flour.

Made chickpeas hummus (chickpeas + grapeseed oil + salt + lemon juice + sesame seeds) and spread it on chickpeas pancakes with deenz and nori seaweed.

The remaining hummus has been used as a sauce to dip in carrots and fennels.

It was too good healthy bros.

Yeah, that's why (((doctors))) and (((nutritionists))) rushed to disprove that diet and every single article talking about it, either in america or in italy, says at the bottom that there is no (((science))) to explain these theories.

Mozzi explains that nobody does researches linking food consumption to illnesses but in his career (he's a real doctor and surgeon) he cured tons of people with his diet and healed them from even bad shit or at least made the illnesses way more tolerable just by making them eating the right foods for their type...in his videos linked in the pdf way above in the thread he always explains the correlations and what he knows, observations and analysis on other diets around the world to explain the rising of sudden illnesses where they didn't used to exist before and so on.

This diet "doesn't work" because researchers doesn't bother doing their job, mainly because corporations don't give them funds, as always, because...you know why...it's so tiresome.

Your absolutely right, we should give millions of taxpayer money to every single person who writes a diet book and enroll thousands of people over decades to study if their magic diet works

The meals look “healthy” I guess but the blood type diet is really stupid. Eskimos can be any blood type, should their type O’s eat like this? Or should they eat a diet of 99% animal fat and protein that they evolved to?

I’d love to see research about ideal diets per ethnicity but we’ll obviously never see that and I wouldn’t trust the results either

This post is interesting because of this bit

>civilisation builders

Go and look what the ancient Romans used to eat, the real Mediterranean diet, the food they used to fuel their conquer of the world and now look at how that diet got corrupted by introducing gluten, fruit 365 days a year (when fruit is available naturally only after the cold months of the year), sugar, potatoes, pork meat and other food that turned these civilizations into the modern slaves of nowadays, frail and weak.

I don't care if you believe the blood type to be effective or not, but then again if you think that food has nothing to do with how we function then you all are delusional.
