>Ramen
a good ramen place has great broth that is a well seasoned mix of chicken stock and MSG. Easy to reel Americans in with this. It's hard to say no to a good soup loaded with MSG and meat.
>sushi
Most Americans are meh to sushi outside of Americanized sushi that is sloshed in oyster. They love the umami flavor and textures. Even if you don't like raw fish, the average American will love shrimp tempura rolls.
>Korean bbq
Marinades + dining experience. Most Americans don't marinade their steak. They're used to bland, overcooked steak. Tasting a bulgogi steak is incredible for them.
overall Americans just love savory flavors and meat. They're also big texture eaters. Give them beef with an "Asian" tasting marinade and they flip out.
