I prefer red sauce but since I'm forever alone I end up making fettuccine alfredo a lot more since I can make a dinner portion with ingredients I always have on hand no matter what. Once canned or fresh tomatoes or even sauce from a jar is involved I'm basically committed to having it for three or four meals in a row.
