I've decided to go full hedonist this Saturday and would like a thread dedicated to the concept of just eating and drinking for pleasure. Please share your pleasure foods.
>Morning
A pomegranate, Irish coffee, a stack of pancakes with blueberry syrup, and American sausages
>Snack
Aged cheddar with salami and triscuits, a glass of wine
>Lunch
A Reuben sandwich, a coca cola with rum, a side of pickles (3-5)
>Snack
More cheddar and salami, wine, a glass of green chartreuse
>Aperitif
Negroni and bruschetta
>Dinner
Pork schnitzel with french fries and coleslaw, a cream ale, another glass of wine (finish the bottle)
>Dessert
Vanilla ice cream with graham crackers and an espresso
>Into the evening
As much salami and wine as I can stomach, more chartreuse

where's the degeneracy? minus the alcohol this is a pretty normal day. maybe change one snack to be a bag of chips and some dip.

What did you eat before this, sauceless angel hair pasta and unseasoned chicken breasts?
Who let Dr. Kellogg exist in the current year?

I've been squats and oats and chicken for years I really forgot how to eat like a human

Actually I brine my chicken and usually have either a homemade tzatziki or a Cajun seasoning or something like that

that sounds like an amazing day of eating. jealous. make a schnitzel sandwich but make the buns bacon grilled cheese

I feel like the oilyness would require too much alcohol to offset.

Sounds like a lot of salt, probably temporarily 2kg heavier from the fluid retention.

Are you going to pour a little espresso on some grahams in the ice cream and make it tiramisu light? For me it’s pizza, burgers, fries, fresh cookies, and gummies. I like salami and cheese but I’ve never really bought it for a cheat food.

sounds really nice OP
if I do something like this its normally
roast chicken, wine, dates, grapes/cherries, sourdough, aged cheddar, chevre, genoa salami, some kind of beer
and i just sit around on my deck or something eating it over the course of the day

I picture OP spending all day wearing a silk robe and an ascot while listening to Mozart while eating this.
