How long should you cook chicken liver?
I'm getting wildly different answers, and none of that "until its x degrees inside" nobody actually owns a meat thermometer

Firm and slightly rosy at the center, when cutting them into bite size pieces.
Otherwise just try to look for a recipe using it. Lengthen the cooking time by 10%, if it's too cooked then work gradually from there.
Chicken liver cooks FAST, in my experience, especially in a pan. Not a "set it and forget it" type of ingredient.
What you making ? Pies ?
Also : use it as fresh as possible, don't make it wait for a week

I am cooking the chicken liver, putting seasoning on it and eating it, because I want the nutrients
>Also: use it as fresh as possible

Pan fried in olive oil with spices then.
Don't cut them too small and texture-check some pieces throughout the cooking process.
Throw on a cold plate when you're happy with the result.
Look for Lebanese chicken liver, it's a pretty good recipe.
Best I can do, mate.

Use your food grinder to turn it into a mince then mix it with other meat and make sausage.

I cut it up into small chunks and then cook them in a pan for like 2-3 minutes. Don't salt them until after they're cooked, they become hard if you do.
>nobody actually owns a meat thermometer
Yes I do, fuck you
