Have you ever eaten at one of His restaurants?

Not me, but my wife. She and her sister ate at Hell's Kitchen in Vegas. They had a tasting menu starting with scallops, then beef wellington, then sticky toffee pudding. She said all the food was under-seasoned and under-temperature. Very disappointing experience overall.

The Hell's Kitchen candidates were supposedly real chefs and not amateurs.

You should've gone later in the season after the shitty chefs got kicked off

I don't think you choose when you go, they tell you when and where to show up. Also, from what I've heard, most of the people who get tickets are friends of the production staff anyway

No, not the Hell's Kitchen set for the show. He's Hell's Kitchen restaurant in Las Vegas. Same branding but an actual restaurant, not a game show.

No because I don't want to eat scallops and pigeon

I saw people standing outside lined up in no shit not exaggerating 116F direct sunlight heat to get in and I was baffled.
Immediately after restrictions were easing up and masks and plexiglass were disappearing but everyone was still worried and everything was super cheap and empty. I was waltzing up to host stands that had no lines wherever I was at the time and leaving my number to get a text within 10 minutes of chilling nearby to eat all around Vegas at classy and nice joints without spending a single second in the sun for some celebrity chef.
Wicked Spoon was definitely the best quality to value ratio and a very Vegas concept in general, a high society buffet with bone marrow and lobster and Crème Brûlée.

His food needs to be cooked more. Always half raw & uncooked
