I've had these sitting in my fridge for 3 years or so, what are some creative ways to use them? All Google shows are basic bitch Chinese dishes

They're perfectly good to eat sauces. They just need to be used for some delicious dishes

i add fish sauce to almost any savoury sauce/soup i make. not just asian ones but shit like bolognese and alfredo. you don't taste the fishiness if you add the right amount, people are always surprised where i tell them i added it to a dish after they already ate it. i call it my secret ingredient
