I remember the best pork tenderloin I ever had though. It was in one of those town market buildings in the south of france. Cooked by an american who was some kind of ex-finance guy who retired and just cooked part time as a hobby. Rare pork is underrated. Beef is overrated. Cope all you want, and you will.

During covid when half the grocery was cleared out I noticed there were still literal piles of hams left that no one was touching, so I decided I should be a good citizen and eat the thing everyone was refusing to touch, so I basically ate nothing but fried potatoes and ham for 2 or 3 months straight.

I had porkchops a week ago.
I got a bluedot so wanted to try it out.
The bluedot worked, but it could only transmit through like one wall so I couldn't go to my gaming room and had to stay in the living room.
I suggest getting a wifi probe thermometer if you plan on using it indoors.

Just cook your pork to temp and this isn't an issue. Though frankly I'd rather have tapeworms than be Muslim, that's a much worse fate.

Im not a muslim. And you can't verify the cooking conditions of pork brought from outside. Pigs are nasty animals all around

Youd rather have brain eating tapeworms? Is that the parasite speaking?

Wrong as usual OP, I love steak and struggle to recall the best one I ever had. It was probably one I cooked myself.
Best porkchop though, it was a weekly special at a Bill Batemans that was about to close down. Bone in, 1-1/2" thick, and gloriously medium rare. Thought about sending it back after I cut into it, my God I'm glad I didn't. Tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned, it was genuinely one of the best things I've ever eaten. I don't even particularly care for porkchops.
The diarrhea I had for two days after was worth it.

once in a restaurant i ordered a steak and it came with a blue ink stain that permeated it thru, the waitress said the chef said it was ok to eat, and i was just a kid so i ate it, and i wondered if they waited to push this steak on someone like me who wouldn't care, but it was a very good steak.
