They were pretty good! I cooked them with lard and got the internal temp to 165. Actually they got up to 170 cause I was fucking around toasting the buns, but it was fine. A tad bit tougher than fresh but still better than a fast food burger. Parts were a little pink but at that temperature it should all be fine, I hope.
