I like his recipes but the presentation style with the weird infantilized baby talk and passive-aggressive self-aggrandizing has made watching his videos harder and harder.

Guy was a complete hack; generally disrespectful, and was asking our chefs about his menu he should have planned a week prior to the whole thing.

He goes full homebrew tutorial mode with every homebrew gadget you can possibly imagine for a first time brewer... but he doesn't even open the fermentation vessle for the saison.

This is because he uses Zoomer Tiktok style editing for zoomer retards with 15 second attention spans. If you watch his videos his editor cuts almost all the pauses in dialogue, even when its just a voice over. It makes the pacing incredibly annoying and unnatural sounding.
Seriously, just check out his newest video, there is something like 10 cuts in the first 15 seconds, the editor just cuts word to word regardless of pacing, flow, or cohesion.

Compare this to an old video of him from 6 years ago that isn't massively over edited. He seems like an entirely different person, sure a lot of that is he does "Youtube Persona" like MrBeast now but its so much better and more natural.
