28g is the standard serving size for all types of pickles as set by the joint USDA/FDA committee during their serving size review each decade. For your pic, it happens that the pickles are larger than the standard serving size of 28g. The important thing is that all the data is there so people with even a moderate degree of intelligence can easily figure out how many calories and nutrients they're consuming.

Doesn't matter as long as they're standardized. For pickles, it's always 28g. Maybe 'the science' wanted it to be 44g or 12g but big pickle got Congress to pressure the joint FDA/USDA committee to go with 28g for reasons but as long as everyone abides by the standard, I don't care if Polly Pickle of the Pickleland Emporium had a hand in setting the standardized value.

Yeah, I mean anyone with a brain can figure it what the actual nutritional content is even with the misleading labels, but they're aware that most people don't have brains, or at least don't care to use them while standing in the isle at the grocery store. People will glance at the calorie count and the sugar content and if the numbers are low enough they'll tell themselves it's healthy without realizing the serving size is a serving for rabbits and they'll likely be eating at least 3 times that amount at a time, if not more.

28g (one ounce) is the standard serving size for a pickle in the US. In some cases, that might be a third of a pickle, or two pickle slices, or 2/3rd of a spear, or whatever.
The point is, you can easily compare different brands of pickles because they're all using the same size as their base measurement. If they just said "one pickle" it'd be different and harder to compare, because one pickle in the OP's image is 84g and one pickle of Vlasic in my image is 14g because they're sliced pickles.

Then we have people like you want to be recreationally outraged because it makes you feel morally superior. You ignore the entire thread and post your conspiracy theories for moral smugness or attention. I agree with days being broken up into units of ten nuhours but those nuhours should be 100 numinutes which are themselves 100 nuseconds IE 1 nuhour is equal to 8640 oldseconds or 144 oldminutes or 2.4 oldhours so a full day would be 1000 numinutes or 100,000 nuseconds. This renders numinutes slightly longer than oldminutes and nuseconds slightly shorter than oldseconds.
Also, 13 months in a year of four weeks each with the extra day (two days on leap years) being considered outside of that IE between December 28th and Smarch 1st is New Year's Day (NY weekend on leap years), which would be considered its/their own day/s outside of the calendar year.
