Companies don't care about stability, the next year better have made more money than the last, nothing else matters. Since people aren't making more money to spend more at Pizza Hut, they have to make up sales with schemes (Hut Rewards) and using less money in their ingredients (bread and sugar are cheap because they offer no nutrition*).

*Sugar companies lobbied congress and used smear campaigns to convince people that fat is bad for your health. So they took fat out of all of the U.S.'s foods, rendering them flavorless, to which sugar companies answered with adding sugar to literally everything.

you're not wrong. when I was in high school over a decade ago my first job was Pizza Hut when I was 15. it was decent, especially compared to now.
the whole reason you'd get Pizza Hut or Dominos instead of LC's was because it was slightly better. Little Caesar's still tastes the same as it did when I was a kid and my mom would bring it home for dinner (we were poorfags), meanwhile the Hut has gotten so much worse there's 0 reason to get a Pizza Hut pizza for twice the price.

This Pizza Hut Classic is a relatively new construction, most likely that parking lot previously served a bigger building at the same location or possibly even multiples, depending on the layout. Not every Hut has that big of a parking lot.
