I grew up in Canada but moved to the States in 2000. Whenever I had this stuff as a kid it was McDonald's tier fries, instant gravy and low quality cheese but kanooks act like this shit is some kind of delicacy and spergy out if anyone else makes it.

I'm not saying it wasn't good. I grew up in Halifax fwiw. It just wasn't some delicacy or anything from what I could tell- it seems like a working mans food or something that appeals to kids. I don't think I played too much hockey but getting some after playing in the snow was always nice.
