I was in some pub in Westminster by accident and after 10 beers the girl told me I had enough. I don't even get drunk very easily especially from beer...

They're neighbourhood convenience stores that will sell you booze after all the pubs have shut. In England you need a license to sell alcohol on a premises but these stores can sell you it provided you leave and drink it at home or whatever. They can sell you booze "off license"
