Doesn't he keep having strokes? Keto might work for some people but rotisserie chickens are filled with salt and I'm not so sure that much salt is good for stroke victims.

I want to get to OMAD but I have tried and can't make it through half the day without a protein shake and an apple or small salad no dressing. I can't concentrate. Still think that is reasonable.
