It's a Canadian chain restaurant, here in Western Canada we are in ranch dressing on everythingville so I guess the chain came up with a tangy slightly spicy sauce, 1/4 Caesar Dressing, 1/2 cup Sweet Thai, Cilantro, Lime Juice, that they put on their deep fried shrimp appetizers, works well with red meat too.

For sriracha try to get shark brand, strong.
