There used to be an anon here that made pho recipes using ramen .
All kinds of crazy flavors like bacon sourcream and onion.
The threads were funny but the dishes were really delicious

Hes a really cool influencer on the website tik tok green text gaming in particular will take excerpts of certain threads here and put them in his videos which usually also feature game play from some video game. It can't be that hard. Pho is just a beef broth with the vermicelli noodles and some thinly sliced meat (plus onion). Ramen is already a pretty well understood science, you should be able to assemble a beef broth based ramen. Making the broth is always the longest and hardest part, the rest are all made for you commercially.

im in south america and i made pho with caldo de costilla. could only find anise and cinnamon; none of those ready made pho pack toxins

i decided to get this local mild green onion instead of the real green onion; didn't turn out so well. also skipped cilantro for that bowl cause i was busy

finally that's a cut of beef - the punta de anca. don't know why it's white it always grills to that color too

You can’t make pho with ramen. Pho is the name of the noodle used in the soup. Vietnam has many soups, bun, mi, hu tieu, to name a few. If there isn’t pho noodles then it’s ramen with Vietnamese style soup stock. Actually if it’s bacon sour cream then it’s Goyslop ramen and not pho at all.
