You are supposed to have separate utensils for different food types, to prevent cross-contamination. That's why they are color-coded.
Red spatula = tomato spatula
Blue spatula = fish spatula
Yellow spatula = chicken spatula
Green spatula = kale spatula
This is food prep 101.
