I know it's just a movie and it didn't actually happen but as I've never worked in a kitchen I'm asking. How realistic is this movie? Like this couldn't actually happen could it? Freaks me out

For the plot the little rat can control him via sitting under his hat and moving his hair to control his arms and hands.
Gotta turn off your brain and enjoy.
Hair itself is dead, it can't feel any movement.

But there is a scene where to prepare the dishes in the empty restaurants the horde of rats starts cooking the food an in general running the kitchen.
